Dr. Swanson is In-network with Delta Dental Premier and Cigna and accepts most major insurances like Aetna,
Ameritas, Blue cross, Blue Shiled, Delta Health systems, Lineco, Guardian, Metlife, Principal, Premier access, United Concordia and United Healthcare.
Dr. Swanson does not accept HMO insurance.
